Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of Wellaray Coffee without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive the goods. This right is provided under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK consumer protection legislation (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period has expired. You can do this by:

• Emailing us at support@forcehip.world with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
• Using the contact form at contact.html.
• Calling us on +44 20 3998 2746 (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 GMT).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund under the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be returned unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• You must contact us within the 14-calendar-day withdrawal window from date of receipt.
• You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Exceptions: Under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Accordingly, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used Wellaray Coffee boxes. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

3. How to Return Your Order

1. Contact us at support@forcehip.world to notify us of your intention to return and receive a return authorisation reference.
2. Package the product securely in its original packaging.
3. Send the return to: Larkfield Nutrition Ltd, Returns Department, 14 Wellbrook Lane, London EC1A 1BB, United Kingdom.
4. We recommend using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
5. Retain your proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email or telephone of the outcome. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of the day on which we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent the goods, whichever is earlier).

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible. If payment was made on delivery (cash), a bank transfer refund will be arranged - please provide your bank details when contacting us.

We will refund the full product price paid. We will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge (if any was paid), but we are not required to refund the cost of premium or expedited delivery options.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or does not match its description, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full, independently of the 14-day withdrawal right. Please contact us promptly at support@forcehip.world with a description and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, as appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

• Opened or partially used product (hygiene exception - see Section 2).
• Products returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery without prior agreement.
• Products not in their original condition, damaged by the customer, or missing components.

Refusal to accept a return in these circumstances does not affect any other legal rights you may have.
